Heather Mills is the ex wife of Paul McCartney who doesn't want to settle for a 41 million dollar divorce settlement, and will gladly go away with a 102 million. Initially she wanted 300 million out of Paul's 1.6 billion empire, but is now willing to go lower, if they can't decide on an amount, a judge will in february.

Amy Winehouse is a spitter, and apparently spat at her fans while performing. Witnesses say that she was crying onstage, hitting herself over the head with her mic and then finished it off by spitting at the crowd.

A witness said, "The gig became absolutely awful. Members of her entourage were coming on to the stage, obviously worried she couldn't go on, and she would just shout "fuck off" at them. Everyone in the crowd just felt sorry for her."

Her spokesperson said, "Amy was annoyed with herself. She is a bit ring rusty after not having played for a while and was upset after making a few mistakes in the set." 

Amy Winehouse is really grateful to even have fans.

Britney Spears allegedly slapped her mom. Now she's more determined to cut her off from her life. The scoop says:

Lynne barged into the house and insisted on taking the kids out to spend some private time with them,” an insider told the tab. “She didn’t ask or suggest, she demanded!” says the insider. “Then she began denigrating Britney’s mothering skills and losing her temper at the same time!”

It was because of the cat fight that Spears served the legal papers against her mother, but the buzz is that Lynne Spears is mulling a countersuit. But she doesn’t completely blame her daughter — she believes the Toxic star is suffering from depression.

“Despite their problems, Lynne cares deeply for Britney and wants to find a way to help her,” a “friend” told Star. “She thinks antidepressant drugs may be the answer. Lynne feels Britney has severe depression issues, and they are in large part the cause of her apparent manic behavior and past problems with alcohol.”

It could be true. Do you want to it to be true? I pity being Britney Spears' mom. If it was anybody's mom that deserved some spanking on the face, it's definitely Lindsay Lohan's mom. Gwen Stefani is suing the retail chain Forever 21 for trademark infringement. In papers filed in LA Federal Court, reps for the singer's Harajuku Lovers line claim Forever 21 is marketing, promoting and selling products featuring a design "virtually indistinguishable" from Harajuku's heart/box logo.

The Forever 21 designs use the same logo but call their line "Forever Love.
