Hong Kong's TVB and New Zealand's television station co-hosted the "Miss Chinese of New Zealand Pageant 2008" and will be held on November 20, 2008 at Manukau City, New Zealand. Anderson Junior (安德尊) and 2005's Miss Chinese International Fala Chen will be the hosts for the event. Moses Chan and Tavia Yeung will be the special guests at the Pageant, using their voices to cheer for the contestants. Since the two were in "Moonlight Resonances", each time they appear, the atmosphere becomes high.

As for the 12 Contestants will be doing talent performances, swimsuit show, Q & A, Evening wear, Qi Pao, etc. Last year's winner Lee Yin also won "Oriental Charm Award" and "Most Well Tempered Award", making her a winner of 3 awards. Other contestants also won many other awards.

Moses and Tavia praises the top 3 contestants, saying that they had great talents, got the media's full support, great charisma in everyone's eyes. The two arrived in New Zealand for promotions of the event and also were able to see the local fans there.

Moses Chan and Bernice Liu's relationship has been rumored to have ended already. Then, Bernice was rumored to have date with a rich guy. Since their "breakup" it was their first time for them to appear at the same location. Because Moses didn't want to steal the spotlight, he rejected to have pictures taken with Bernice together. After the executives went away and Bernice had finished doing an interview, Moses invited Bernice to take a picture with him. Bernice smiled sweetly.

Moses said that he will leave some space for Bernice. He also said that eating dinner and sitting in the same car is a normal thing to do with a friend, and it does not necessarily mean that they have to be a girl/boyfriend relationship with the rich "Steward" guy.Then, smiling sweetly, Bernice that good friends worry about each other.

Charmaine Sheh and Moses Chan becomes new drama idol in Korea

On the afternoon of September 24, TVB held a press conference to commemorate their collaboration channel with CMB (Korea cable TV). Charmaine Sheh, Moses Chan and 10 plus popular TVB artistes attended the event Miss Chinese International 2008 2nd runner up Aileen Xu also sang 《小小》. According to information, CMB and TVB launched TVB Korea since February 1st in order to introduce popular TVB series to Korean audiences. TVB artistes have also become new idols in the eyes of Korean audiences.

Costume action series is most popular

TVB series are well known for genres such as tycoon rivalries, life dramas and costume action series. Since TVB Korea was launched, they manage to penetrate the monopoly of Korean idol series, especially Raymond Lam's costume series which is loved by Korean audiences.

Moses not wearing skating boots

Moses Chan, Josie Ho and Khalil Fong were attending the fashion show organized by GUESS the other day. When the models were doing the fashion show on ice, Moses was only wearing a pair of leather shoes. Moses revealed that when he was filming "The Ultimate Crime Fighter", he had learned ice skating. But he cannot afford to make mistakes during the fashion show, therefore he gave up the idea of wearing the skating boots.

Moses said "it was suggested a model would take the lead, but I am a man. Normally I skate quite well, but I don't want to make any mistakes. I prefer to wear my leather shoes, it makes me the odd one out too."

Moses also disclosed that he is an expect in surfing. "I am a very talented beach boy. I have surfing boards at home. But since I entered the entertainment circle, I haven't been surfing."
