Girls' Generation will be officially opening their office doors today on Mnet's Factory Girl reality series.

For those of you who have forgotten, Factory Girl will be a reality series in which the 9 members of Girls' Generation will be working as editors for fashion magazine Elle Girl. Targeted towards 10-20 year olds, the girls will discuss all things fashion.

Yoo HaNa of My Lucky Star, finalist for Best Actress Award

Yoo HaNa (My Lucky Star) and 尹恩惠 (Coffee Prince) are the finalists for the Best Actress Award in the 2008 Seoul Drama Festival. There are 152 entries from 33 countries. The Awards ceremony on Oct 14, 2008 will be broadcast in 33 countries.

Korean newbie Yoo HaNa recently starred in SBS's First Wives' Club 糟糠之妻俱乐部. She was nominated to the Best Actress Award for her role in My Lucky Star with Jimmy Lin. When My Lucky Star aired in Taiwan it had very high ratings. The other nominees are 尹恩惠 (Coffee Prince), japanese actress 仲间由纪惠《极道鲜师》, chinese actress Li Na 《闯关东》, Taiwan's lilipa, France's ilis wenwill.

Lee Seung-gi in a four-way car accident

Singer-actor Lee Seung-gi was in an auto accident on the evening of October 7 in the city of Goyang (Kyeonggi Province). When the vehicle Lee Seung-gi was riding in collided with another at an intersection, a bus was also hit along with another car, bringing the total collisions to four.

Lee was not seriously injured and went to the police station directly afterward to give his report. The cause of the crash(es) is still being investigated by police.

Lee is currently appearing on the program 1 Night 2 Days, part of KBS2’s variety program Happy Sunday. First a broken finger, now a car accident.

FT Island Boys Play Basketball in Heaven

Earlier, the boys of FT Island announced they would be releasing a new Music Video as a follow up to their comeback music video, After Love.

the Preview was released yesterday and so far fans are wilded up. The theme of the MV this time around revolves around the boys playing "extreme" basketball. The video also reflect their manly charismatic side emerging throughout the years.

The Boys recently filmed a "Say No" anti smoking campaign. Watch HERE

Also Members Hongki, Jonghun and Minhwan appeared on an episode of Star Golden Bell filmed on the 4th of this month.

Chun: Ah Sa is so elegant

Charlene (Ah Sa) and Chun 吳尊 attended the movie premier for "Butterfly Lovers" in the Wanchai Convention and Exhibition Centre the other night. Hundreds of fans were waiting for the stars to appear. When Chun turned up, fans were waving their banners and screaming their heads off. On the other hand, when Ah Sa appeared, they were less enthusiastic. Ah Sa was in the Chinese Bridal Palanquin (花轎) all dressed in red like a Chinese bride. Chun was holding a long sword and he was trying to kick the door open (踢轎門), but Ah Sa refused to come out. Chun had to take her out from the palanquin with his bare hands. Chun revealed afterwards that he was taken back by her charm. Ah Sa was so elegant and feminine.

'The World They Live In' Special to Air on 21st October

KBS2TV’s upcoming mon/tues drama “The World They Live In” will premiere with a special episode to be shown on the 21st of October. Song Hye Kyo and Hyun Bin, the two leads of the drama, will be appearing in the special episode for an interview.

A related personnel from “The World They Live In” production team revealed, “Just not long ago, Song Hye Kyo and Hyun Bin have spent a wonderful time in Singapore. It is evident that both of them are also very popular overseas”.

Song Hye Kyo and Hyun Bin traveled to Singapore and Bali last month to film the overseas scenes of the drama. As it was an overseas filming, the team also recorded down their stay in Singapore. The scenes where both of them were given a warm welcome by the Singapore fans will also be shown in this special episode.

In the last 2 years, the viewership ratings of KBS’s mon/tues miniseries were not encouraging but “The World They Live In” will be shown at that timeslot. The collaboration once again between director Pyo Min Soo and writer Noh Hee Kyung also increased

Rain is coming back to Korea

Korean pop star Rain is returning to the local music scene for the first time in two years. The 26-year-old singer will release his new album “Rainism,” hold a showcase and also appear in a two-day special program on MBC this and next Friday.

Rain has been busy exploring his talent as an actor in Hollywood for the past couple of years. His first movie “Speed Racer” was in theaters this summer, and he has just finished filming “Ninja Assassin” with its release scheduled for next year.

Making his debut six years ago, Rain has come a long way as a singer and actor, making difficult choices along the way. The parting with his old friend and producer Park Jin-young and decision to move overseas to expand his boundaries, raised worries and expectations alike, but the hard-working star made it through.

“Speed Racer” was not a huge hit as many fans wanted it to be, but some were simply thrilled to see Rain at the film’s premiere with famous stars like Susan Sarandon and Matthew Fox.

New 50-episode Biopic of Bruce Lee

EIJING - Bruce Lee is getting a belated hero's welcome in China, with the country's state broadcaster set to air a 50-part prime-time series on the late kung fu star.

Lee became a chest-thumping source of nationalistic pride to Chinese around the world with his characters who defended the Chinese against oppressors in a series of movies in the early 1970s. But his influence wasn't felt immediately in China, which was then a closed communist country.

Lee's films started surfacing in China on video in the 1980s — years after his death in 1973 from swelling of the brain.

Kate attended the press conference for "Sa Sa Ladies Purse Day" yesterday. She was seen chatting to the white horse. " When I was filming ancient movies, I had to ride horses a lot. I get to know them quite well. You have to talk to them and stroke them so that they don't lose their temper."

There were rumors that Kate booted out Linda Chung's chance for the nomination as best supporting actress in "Moonlight Resonance" Kate stated " I don't know what criteria the judges has used to decide who would be nominated. Although I was nominated, I am only a side runner. As for the best actress award, I reckon Susanna Kwan and Michelle Yim Stand a good chance and Lee Heung Kam as the best supporting actress."

Miriam's Lastest Album "Wonder Miriam" Sold Over 20,000 Copies

Miriam's new album has been sold over 20000 copies. Leon Lai spent money to buy a full page advertisement on many papers, breaking the rumors of them being on bad terms. Leon will also organize concerts for Miriam next year February in Shanghai, and next year end in Hong Kong.

Miriam looks rejuvenated and denied it is because of nourishment from love. She will not talk about her relationship until the day she gets married, and will not have a wedding that is like Kelly Chen's.
