A freshly-bathed UKnow Yunho welcomes us to his three-storey townhouse unit in Guangju like we were long-lost friends. He has just flown back to Seoul from Japan for SBS' autumn special contract that afternoon and was complaining about the marks left by ants' bites. "I think I am so sweet that ants can't help but bite me."

Right past the main door are two toy dogs placed at the foot of the stairs. And we don't mean toy dogs as in shih tzus or poodles. They're literally toy dogs - as in inanimate playthings.

A confessed animal lover, Yunho later orders one of his four helpers to usher in his two beloved canines Hermes, a Siberian Husky (a birthday gift from x girlfriend), and Geomi, a five-year-old pug, straight from the garage. Yes, the dogs stay in the garage. His black Starex and blue porche can gather dust outside.

In the past, Yunho shares, he played dad to six dogs, with names like Bameo and Dussi. "The dogs' food caused me about 60,000 won except for me and family's food and I also provide my sister a tutor." I told myself, I will not be able to save up money because of those dogs. So I had to give them away."

As for the house, he had it requested to get repainted off-white after moving in late February. The furniture, from his sofa to his dining table, is shades of black and white. Domino colors, he kid us.

Competing for attention is a brown-color cello displayed in his living room. To the uninformed, the pre-stardom Yunho was enrolled at the GST Conservatory of Music for cello. "If I am not so busy, I still find time to play the cello." he says.

Adorning the walls of the dining area are framed photos of Yunho, his family and his friends Changmin, Jaejoong, Junsu and Yoochun. "We all live here. It was actually my manager who negotiated for this house. This is "rent-to-own" before. Almost 300,000 a month. So I had to save up so hard for this.

His kitchen is sparse yet well-kept. Believe it or not, Yunho actually cooks. "Everything that is soup, I can cook. I don't like frying because I am afraid of cooking oils hitting my skin."

The house has six bedrooms; the one on the first floor is for the helpers, the remaining five are on the third floor. The one to the far right belongs to Yunho. When he has time to go home, Yunho holes up in his bedroom, eyes glued to the television, tinkering on his laptop or read fan mails. "I love reading letters from Cassiopeia. But I was shocked when I got a letter from an ELF. That girl really made my day."

His favorite part of the bedroom is the walk-in-closet where he stores his formidable collection of shoes, coats, caps and belts. "I love to surround myself with the things that I like."

Neatly arranged on the carpeted floor is a bunch of throw pillows while two charcoal portraits and a shell curtain adorn the otherwise bare walls.

More than a wise investment, the townhouse, Yunho says, is his own little sanctuary where he can walk around barefoot, with nary a care about how he looks. "I am just an ordinary Yunho when I am at home. I'm just a regular boy."

That's right, Nam Gyuri said "seeya" to her group SeeYa and got hitched to "A Man", her new solo ballad song. Nam Gyuri came out with her solo album and performed the title song "A Man" on July 24 for Mnet. She also had a special performance of Uhm Jung Hwa's old hit "Poison". This is the first time I realized Nam Gyuri actually has a nice, melodious voice.

V.O.S. once again made a mind-blowing performance...and I have yet to recover from it. They never fail to amaze me with their amazing vocals; the trio are truly the gems of Korea's music industry.

V.O.S. performed Brown Eyes' "Don't Leave, Don't Leave" on July 24 for Mnet. Brown Eyes topped 2008's album sales with this song, but was recently pushed aside by Lee Hyori's record album sales. Nonetheless, their comeback after 4 years is a major success. Strangely, Brown Eyes did not perform their own song live, but allowed V.O.S. to sing their new song on Mnet.

V.O.S.'s performance of "Don't Leave, Don't Leave" caused an internet frenzy, attracting more than 100,000 viewers on various video sharing sites on the same day. Brown Eyes member Yoon Gun commented on the performance by VOS, "I felt like they were telling my own painful story of departure to me" and praised V.O.S.'s ability to express the emotions of the song.

Brown Eyes will be revealing their new MV "Because of You" soon. They hinted that it will be based on the movie, "Love Actually".

A Hong Kong man has become the first person to be convicted of uploading nude photos on to the Internet .

Kowloon City Magistrates' Courts sentenced Kwok Chun-wai to two months in prison with two years of probation, according to Sina.com.

Kwok, 24, was found uploading about 140 explicit photos of actor and singer Edison Chen and several female celebrities in January and February. Eighty-four photos were judged to be obscene.

The magistrate said it was necessary to jail Guo because the photographs harmed the people in them even though the defendant didn't make any money from the images.

Kwok was reportedly an office clerk at a logistics company and was studying for a bachelor's degree.

Kwok confessed when he was detained, but said he only wished to share the photos with friends, the report said.

Police on the mainland also took action to crack down on the distribution of sexually explicit photos featuring Chen.

At least 13 people have been arrested on the Chinese mainland in connection with the photos. Chinese law prohibits the production, duplication, selling or circulation of pornographic products.

A 25-year-old man, surnamed Wei, was arrested on February 12 for allegedly uploading 1,174 shots on to a chat room site. The photos featured Chen with female celebrities, according to the Internet supervision police brigade in Zibo, Shandong Province.

Another man, surnamed Li, was detained for 10 days and fined 3,000 yuan (US$420) on February 15 for uploading more than 180 copies of the photos to his personal Webpage. Police in Tai'an, Shandong, said Li, 21, provided links and codes to access the photos through his Webpage to increase popularity of his Webpage.

In February, Chen apologized publicly and announced he was quitting the Hong Kong entertainment industry. He admitted he took most of the photos.

Man who published the Edison Sex Scandal Pics sentenced

A man who published 84 images of Hong Kong actor Edison Chen (???) engaged in sex acts with several actresses and entertainers was given a two-year jail sentence yesterday, suspended for two years.

Kwok Chun-wai pleaded guilty at Kowloon city court to three charges of publishing obscene articles.

Magistrate Andrew Ma said the offences were serious and a deterrent sentence was needed, but he suspended the penalty because the defendant was not the source of the pictures and he did not intend to harm the celebrities involved.

The images, showing Chen having oral sex with celebrities including singer Gillian Chung (???) and actress Cecilia Cheung (???), were taken from Chen’s laptop computer.

The scandal, which broke in January, caused Chen to leave Hong Kong for Canada and the US. Chung, one half of the singing duo Twins, temporarily suspended her singing career, while Cheung separated from actor husband Nicolas Tse (???).
