KBS2TV 1N2D members Kang Ho Dong, Lee Seung Gi, Eun Ji Won, Lee Su
Geun, MC Mong and Kim C will be going on a trip with some lucky viewers.
In
a phone conversation with 1N2D PD, Na Yeong Seok, “As you can see, Lee
Su Geun got his bus driving license last week (1N2D 081123 episode) and
his wish to drive many people to go on a trip will be granted. We will
put out the notification this week on air during the program and
through the website. We are planning to pick around 10 - 20 viewers to
go on a trip with us.”
He continued, “The theme of the trip will
be decided upon the type of viewers that we get. If we get more elderly
viewers, it would be strictly a sight-seeing kind of trip. But if there
are more young viewers, they will compete with the 1N2D members in
games and sleep together. It would be difficult to get this done before
the end of the year because most of the schedules have already been
fixed. But we promise to get this done by January 2009.”
He
ended by saying, “We don’t have a theme for the trip yet and it will be
decided 100% by the type of viewers we get in the end.”

Financial Crime is the main theme of the movie " Wiretap" and was
offically introduced on November 25 in Hong Kong. Sean Lau , Louis Koo
and Daniel Wu in the film will play as agents of the Criminal
Intelligence Bureau, the members of the Bureau who will be tasked to do
"interception" on the criminal cases.
"Wiretap" is a joint
direction of Mai Zhaohui,and Wen Qiang, Fang-ping and Derek Yee will
serve as the executive producers. In addition to Sean Lau, Louis Koo,
Daniel Wu, Zhang Jingchu, Fang Zhongxin, Lin Jiahua, Lee Chi-hung, the
new generation of actors Lu Shi-Yun, Chen Weiting will likewise appear
in this new film .
Currently, financial crisis has been sweeping
around the globe, so it was the focus of interest, Mai Zhaohui and Wen
Qiang disclosed that there will be a verging war due to the frenzy on
the financial market, bringing in this situation is a very new
experience to the audiences in the world.

the star to play as intelligence officer- in charge of interception,
Daniel Wu's too handsome appearance has triggered questions from the
media, because most people have the impression that the agents are
usually far from being a handsome man, too prominent appearance will
lead people to doubt the authenticity . Daniel Wu explained the fact
that this extra-ordinary profession actually needs various people ,
from 15-year old old to a six year-old little girl or even a more than
80 year old man can engage in such profession. Moreover, the task will
depend mostly on how one carries out the mission, amd therefore being
"too handsome" is not the question.

the press conference, Louis Koo appeared with his face full of
whiskers(beard), looking like a rich murderer. He disclosed to the
reporters that he plays a father of 4 kids and he thinks his role would
require such look. But he also disclosed that he doesn't know whether
the director would approve of this look.

wants to rest for a period of time, but after he read the script of
"Wiretap" , he thought that this role is a very big one, only then that
he changes his plan,into playing the part. He indicated that himself,
Daniel Wu and Brother Sean Lau's characters will be the key to this
movie.
"Wiretap" is produced by the silver Organization Ltd, the
Beijing-day entertainment media Co., Ltd., co-produced by the Xi'an
Qujiang Television Investment Co., Ltd., Bao Li Bona films for the
distribution.The film is expected to be released in Summer of 2009.

Kim KyuJong, Heo YoungSaeng,
Kim HyungJoon, Park JungMin, Kim HyunJoong, 5 members will have their
own individual activities temporarily until summer next year.

KyuJong, Heo YoungSaeng and Kim HyungJoon formed ‘SS501 defence team’.
They are prepared to be ‘SS501’s musical vein’ with their project
activities for the time while Kim HyunJoong and Park JungMin engaged
themselves as actors. This is also the reason why they have used
‘SS501’ instead of ‘Triple S’ which they have initially discussed as
their project group name. We met the 3 man of SS501 who will be having
a new start after 4 years of debut.
#The power of 3
Kim
KyuJong, Kim HyungJoon and Heo YoungSaeng released their project album
‘U R Man’ on the 21st. Title song ‘U R Man’ is a house song with bokgo
(old) feel and strong medium tempo. The album has reached 1st on
real-time album sales chart and other mp3 sites.
“We’re worried
if we will be able to do well since there’s only 3 of us. We were
desolated initially. We also worry about how the fans think of us.
Looking back at it now, it seems like we’ve done well. While preparing
for our solo songs, there is an opportunity for us to calmly reflect on

In this album, each of the members
displayed their own charms just like other solo singers. Heo YoungSaeng
sang ‘Is it love?’ which he written himself and over 1 year to prepare.
Kim KyuJong and Kim HyungJoon also wrote the lyrics of their own solo
song ‘Never Let You Go’ and ‘I Am’.
“I hope that all 3 of us
will be able to come out with our own solo album next time. I think of
the process of making this album as a pre-process of that. When we’re
in rivalry with each other next time, I shall work even harder.” (Heo

#Forever as One
Fans voices out when SS501
went on with their individual activities for awhile instead of as a
group. There are also speculations that at this rate, wouldn’t it be
difficult for them to unite again? Kim HyunJoong and Park JungMin
declared that they will be a singer and actor at the same time, fans
became very worried when they learnt that the remaining members wants
to get on with their solo activities. They were hurt when they knew
that SS501 will have their ‘temporary’ individual activities.
“I
was hurt when I heard people asking whether if we are breaking up. We
joked about things like hoping to have less anti-fans during our
activities. We will do a good job. When we unite again, we want to be
an even more matured SS501.” (Kim KyuJong)
The numbers in SS501
means ‘5 members always as one’. The reason why fans are against them
having individual activities is that they wish for them to do singing
or even acting together.
“Of course we felt the preciousness of
each of us during the 6 months when 5 of us stayed together last year
in Japan. It’s frequent that we felt empty if one of us is not around.
Frankly speaking, we don’t have that many friends in this industry.
Lately, we hang around among ourselves everyday. It seems like we will
be like this even when we turn thirty and forty years old. Maybe the
group will not be able to break up even if we want to.” (Heo YoungSaeng)

“Although Bing Crosby has died, his song ‘White Christmas’ is still
loved by everyone around the world,” Lee said. “We too wanted to make a
symbolic song that can be heard everywhere in the winter. In times of
economic troubles, we thought it would be nice to dedicate this song to
the underprivileged in our society, such as senior citizens living
alone.”
He added all the proceeds that would go to the
creators of the song -- Lee, Kim, Hareem and iMBC -- for each song or
ringtone download, or about W250 (US$1=W1,480) each, will be donated to
charity. If the song is downloaded 100,000 times, that would amount to
W25 million. Profits from karaoke installation and airplay will be
added to this.
Lee will sing the song for the first time on
his radio program on Saturday. The newly picked goodwill ambassador for
Seoul will officially announce his donation plan during the appointment
ceremony on Dec. 3 at Seoul City Hall. The beneficiaries and other
details remain to be discussed.

Prosecutors are seeking an 18-month jail sentence for actress Ok
So-ri, who admits adultery, and six months in jail and two years’
probation for her paramour, a singer identified as Jung. Korea is one
of a handful of countries where adultery remains a crime after the
Constitutional Court, ruling on a petition from Ok, rallied an
insufficient majority to throw out the elderly law.
During
trial at the Uijeongbu District Court on Wednesday, prosecutors
explained their demand, saying while Ok (40) admitted the charges in
court, she denied them during the investigation, and the accuser was
seeking strict punishment for the couple. Jung (38), however,
cooperated with prosecutors and admitted all charges from the outset,
they said. The court rules on Dec. 17.
Ok had been indicted for
having extramarital relations with Jung on three occasions between May
and July 2006. In February this year she petitioned the Uijeongbu
District Court to ask the Constitutional Court whether the country's
adultery law is constitutional. The case was delayed for nine months
until the Constitutional Court upheld the law by default after failing
to muster the two-thirds majority needed to overturn it.

[2008-11-26] Last week Lollipop came to Singapore to promote their
“Hei Tang Qun Xia Zhuan” OST and also performed together with Energy at
Music Monster Festival.
Their debut show “Mo Fan Bang Bang Tang” already changed to 2nd batch of didis, the 6 of them are upgraded to hosts.
There’s
a rumor that Lollipop will be filming a movie but they didn’t reply
about it, instead they said they are currently filming some short video
clips. Their first production will be named as “Kung Fu”, with A Wei
writing the script, acting lots of characters along with Ao Quan and
Wei Lian.
A Wei took out a digital camera and said “This is what
I use to film.” Although it’s not the professional video camera being
used but they are very serious about it and was trying to persuade the
producer of “Mo Fan Bang Bang Tang” to broadcast it during the show.
A
Wei was excited about it and showed a bit of it to the reporter, in the
video Wei Lian dressed up as a girl with a mushroom head wig and dress
standing aside, suddenly Ao Quan kicked Wei Lian’s breast. As for the
rest of it we’ll see it if it really gets broadcast.

Janice Vidal joins a host of international artistes for Ntv7’s Star Live Concert 2008.
Fans
of Cantopop star Janice Vidal are in for a treat next month as the Hong
Kong singer is set to party with local fans at Ntv7’s Star Live Concert
2008 barely half a year after her debut concert in Malaysia held at
Stadium Merdeka in May.
“I miss my fans in Malaysia, and also
the Seremban Siew Pau that fans bought for me,” she said in a recent
phone interview from Hong Kong, adding that she would leave a message
on her online forum for fans to support her at the concert.
Ntv7’s
second annual star-studded year-end party is set to usher in the new
year with performances by 13 local and international Chinese pop acts.
Held in conjunction with the Dongzhi or Winter Solstice Festival, the concert will be telecast live on Ntv7.
Apart
from Vidal, the concert’s top draws are Hong Kong’s Wakin Chow and
Vincy, Taiwan’s Harlem Yu, Jam Hsiao, Fan Wei Qi and Y2J, and
Singapore’s JJ Lin. On the local front are Danny One, Cheng Lee, Ming,
Manhand and Desiree Tan.
The pretty lass was excited to hear
that Chow would be performing at the concert. “I’ve been a fan of his
since my high school years. The first time I listened to him, I felt
very touched. I really look forward to performing on the same stage as
Chow. I’ve never met him before, so I’ll take this opportunity to ask
for his autograph!”
Would she be singing with Chow? “I certainly
hope to do so, although I’d be very satisfied if I could just shake his
hand,” replied the 26-year-old bashfully.
Having just staged her
Magic Live Concert in Hong Kong, the pop princess will be releasing her
fourth album Serving You at the end of this month, two years after her
third effort, Do U Know.
“I’ll be performing a new song Even If
There Are No Fairy Tales in this World. Unlike other songs that I’m
used to singing, this song is full of warmth and hope. Besides love
songs, I hope to explore other genres. That’s why my new album will
include more tunes with elements of hope and encouragement.”
Star
Live Concert 2008, Ntv7’s second annual year-end concert, will be held
on Dec 13, from 8.30pm to 11.30pm at Padang Timur Petaling Jaya

been set for the Sammi Cheng and Eason Chan starring Lady Cop &
Papa Crook (大搜查). Eason Chan started promoting the film in Hong Kong
yesterday and accepted interviews from the Mainland media. Due to an
already packed December schedule, Eason will have to miss the Mainland
premiere of this film. When speaking of the film, Eason immediately
thanked directors Alan Mak and Felix Chong.
Director Felix Chong
says he already eyed for Eason in 2006, "I was at one of his concerts
where he wore a crow on top of his hat, at that moment I thought of
Leslie Cheung. I'm not saying they look alike, it was their temperament
that felt really close." Because of that feeling Felix Chong started
thinking about writing a "Siu Sung" (小生) role for Eason, "When we were
out drinking I told him I was looking for him to play the "Siu Sung"
role, but he thought I was drunk," Felix says.
Eason's surprised
reaction came about, as he put it himself, "Because I never thought
someone would choose me to play a cool role. Since young, I thought the
cool roles were played by actors such as Andy Lau, Tony Leung Chiu Wai,
etc. I was sure they would not be played by Eason Chan."
Not yet
seen the entire film, but seeing clips during dubbing, Eason expressed
that he was already in shock, saying, "This was the first time I saw
myself on the screen so cruel and so cool. I really need to thank
directors Alan Mak, Felix Chong and the photographer. I am not Takeshi
Kaneshiro, but the angle they used to film showed a handsome side. The
photographer knew that if they filmed from an angle, the outline of
Eason's face would be defined and he will look very cool."
Eason
is also especially grateful towards the two directors for two scenes,
scenes where Eason thought he didn't act well enough in, which ended up
being two of the scenes in the film being praised. "I heard from
friends, one scene where I was acting opposite my wife (Michelle Ye)
and the other where I was acting opposite Sammi Cheng and honestly
telling her my life story, that they thought I acted especially well in
those scenes. Honestly, I had the most pressure during those two
scenes," Eason says.

Myolie Wu started her new
chapter in the entertainment industry after winning the
second-runner-up title of Miss Hong Kong at 19 when she was studying
biochemistry in HKUST. Her cheerful character, healthy image and
devotion to the showbiz earned her jobs together with social
responsibilities from charitable organizations.
Working as
spokespersons for many government departments and social groups, Wu has
never lessened her efforts in charitable work. As an ambassador for
Oxfam for two consecutive years, Wu not only help raise fund from
charitable sale in Hong Kong but also paid a visit to Pingliang in
Gansu Province in the Mainland to evaluate how the tailor- made Oxfam
project would help improve their lives and better their environment.
This year, Wu is appointed Ambassador of Po Leung Kuk Rehabilitation
Services Sponsorship Programme and her task is to advocate supports
from the public for the provision of quality accommodation, skilful
training and auxiliary medical and social rehabilitation support
services to the mentally disabled.
